Claudia Newby-Tynes is an entrepreneur, author, teacher, columnist, poet, mentor, and songwriter speaking prophetically in the Kingdom of God for such a time as this
​Her literary credits include three books, Nuggets of Gold (Inspirational Poetry with accompanying CDs “I AM"), and "Nuggets of Gold n' Songz" a Maxi Single succeeded by From Journal Into Print, (2003) and His Love Flows, (2010). She was a contributing writer for the Daily Devotions for Writers and the Maryland Daily Examiner. Claudia has over 200+ published clips in print and on-line publications. Numerous television, radio, and internet networks have interviewed her concerning her literary works. Claudia latest book Say So! Speak Up! PUT ME IN REMEMBRANCE OF MY WORD   was released in July 2019.  She is a co-author for the anthology Empowered To Win released on Octobet 22, 2019.

​Claudia served under the leadership of Pastors Tony and Cynthia Brazelton, Victory Christian Ministries International (VCMI) in Suitland, Maryland, for over 11 years. She graduated from Victory Christian Ministries International, Victory Bible College (VBC) aka Ministerial Training School (MTS) as the class salutatorian in 2007. She served as a Deacon; Director of the Accreditation Department for VBC, and instructor for the Firm Foundation Ministry. Other memberships included the Life Journeys Writers’ Club and the PUSH Global Ministries.

​Claudia received an Associates of Arts degree in Biblical Studies from Logos Bible College and Graduate School. She graduated from both the Institute of Children’s Literature (ICL), and the Dale Carnegie Leadership Institute of D.C. Claudia served as a keynote speaker, teacher, and workshop presenter for writing and ministry-related workshops at conferences, seminars, and retreats.

​As God continues to unfold her destiny, Claudia and her family (husband James and son Rodney) resides in Smithfield, Virginia. She attends Soteria Life  Center  in Smithfield, Virginia, under the leadership of Pastors Perry Moss, Jr. and Dr. Belinda G. Moss.  ​

Her motto is, “I came to serve. My duty is to serve. In order to be like Jesus, I must serve.”
